1. Browse mail by tag
Each time you select a mail, the program will display each mail on a card. There are two types of cards: Classic View and Vertical View. You can choose between them by entering View -> Layout.
2. Sort your mail by subject
You can set and add any theme you want. The easiest way to add a topic is to right-click anywhere under Favorite Topic and select Create New Favorit Topic. You can then specify which mail to the subject you just created by clicking Message -> Topic then select the subject you want to post mail on.
If you want to specify multiple mails automatically, use the mail filtering option by going to Message -> Create Filter From Message.
3. Create to-do lists
You choose the icon New To Do Or you can create items for a mail by selecting the mail and pressing the button To Do on the right side of the mail.
If you want all the mail in To do list to be on top of other mail, go to View -> Pin To Dos.
4. List of attached files (Attachment List)
The program features a list of attachments manager which will display all attachments of all mails by pressing the button. Attachments below the search box (Search). You can also choose the list of attached photos, paths and contacts.
You can then save them to your hard drive, mail them or upload (for all file types).
